PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of electronic data using a portable apparatus for ensuring security of user data which is electronic data, a program, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: User data encrypted with an encryption key is stored in a portable terminal, and a decryption key with which the encryption key makes a pair is stored in a portable apparatus having communication means capable of communicating with the portable terminal such as Bluetooth (R) mounted thereon. When utilizing user data encrypted in the portable terminal, the portable terminal acquires the decryption key by communicating with the portable apparatus and decrypts the encrypted user data with the decryption key to utilize the user data. Even when losing the portable terminal, meaningful electronic data cannot be delivered to a third person, because only encrypted electronic data exists in the portable terminal.
