<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nickel-based alloy fine particles for laminate capacitors which enable the decrease in the speed of decomposition of an organic binder owing to nickel fine particles, and enable the suppression of the occurrence of delamination and the crack formation in an internal electrode in a debinder step of a laminate when manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor; and a method for manufacturing such nickel-based alloy fine particles.SOLUTION: A group of nickel-based alloy fine particles for laminate capacitors comprises primary particles monodispersed without agglomerating and having an average primary particle diameter of 0.05-0.4μm, of which the cobalt content to the total mass is 1-20 mass%. Thus, the following are made possible: to suppress the catalytic activity of the fine particles, and to reduce the amount of gas generation involved in the rapid decomposition of an organic binder in a debinder step when manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor.</p> |
