PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from proceeding useless printing in a system for printing a document stored on a cloud by suppressing the print instruction for a document format incompatible with a document print server.SOLUTION: A document printing system includes: acquisition means for acquiring a document ID (Id), a content type (File Type), a file size (Content Size) from a form and a cloud platform service 102; storage means for storing the acquired content type and file size by associating them with the document ID; management and acquisition means for managing and acquiring document transfer destination information such as a "server identifier," a "compatible document format," and the "threshold for the file size of a compatible document;" acquisition means for acquiring the document information (content type and file size) corresponding to the Id of a selected document selected on a document selection screen; determination means for determining whether or not the transfer button for transferring the document to the document transfer destination is nullified on the basis of the acquired document transfer destination information and the acquired document information of the selected document; and nullification means for nullifying the transfer button when the transfer button needs to be nullified. |
