<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of correspondence between notation and reading when creating a dictionary using existing data.SOLUTION: A voice dictionary creation device includes: an input unit for acquiring a first notation and a first reading corresponding to the notation and the reading of character strings respectively; an extraction unit for extracting characters of a removal object estimated to have no portions corresponding to the first reading, out of the character strings in the first notation; a creation unit for creating a second notation in which the characters of the removal object are removed from the first notation; and a selection unit for, out of a plurality of temporary readings created based on the reading of characters in each of the first notation and the second notation, selecting the temporary reading which is the closest to the first reading as the second reading; and a registration unit for registering the notation and the reading of unknown words contained in the first notation in the dictionary based on the notation corresponding to the second reading out of the first notation and the second notation and the second reading.</p> |
