An electrostatic lock relates to devices for fixing and holding in a fixed state relative to one another individual parts or elements of various mechanisms and devices with the possibility of the subsequent disengagement thereof, and functions by means of the electrostatic (Coulomb) force of attraction between electrodes which are charged with opposite electrical charges and which are separated by a sufficiently thin layer of a dielectric material. The main technical result of the present invention consists in the guaranteed fixing of the elements of the electrostatic lock upon closing. The main technical solution of the present invention consists in including an electric valve in the power-supply circuit of the electrostatic lock, said valve blocking the reverse current of a discharge through a power-supply element, and stabilizing the process of the accumulation of electrical charges in one of the electrodes of the electrostatic lock. Stabilizing the accumulation of electrical charges of the opposite sign on the other electrode of the electrostatic lock, which is necessary for closing the electrostatic lock, happens as a result of the effect of electrostatic induction caused by the charges on the first electrode, which is charged with the help of the electric valve, and all of which, together, guarantees the closing of the electrostatic lock. |
