PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system processor device, an endoscope system, an operation method for the endoscope system processor device, and an operation method for the endoscope system for calculating objective diagnostic information, which is easier to understand than the oxygen saturation, on the basis of the oxygen saturation.SOLUTION: The endoscope system processor device comprises: a receiving unit for receiving an image signal obtained by imaging an observation target with an endoscope; an oxygen saturation calculation unit 83 for calculating an oxygen saturation on the basis of the image signal; a pixel determination unit 86 for determining an out-of-range pixel of the oxygen saturation for which deviates from a specific range; and a diagnostic information calculation unit 65 for calculating diagnostic information as a numerical value using information of the out-of-range pixel. |
