PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact angle measuring device which measures a contact angle of at least one droplet among sample liquid placed on a surface of a body of a sample.SOLUTION: A contact angle measuring device includes: a droplet administration device 30 which communicates with a liquid storage device 35 and which applies a droplet 8 of liquid stored in the liquid storage device 35 on a surface 6 of sample body 7; a luminaire 20 which illuminates each droplet 8 applied by the droplet administration device 30 and placed on the surface 6 from a first side; and an image recorder 10 which records an image of each droplet 8 placed on the surface 6 when viewed horizontally from a second side opposite to the first side.
