<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation electric wire and a wire harness, in which the insulation electric wire has 1.1 mm or less of electric wire outer diameter, being small-diameter has improved breakage intensity of a conductor.SOLUTION: An insulation electric wire 1 has a conductor 2 and an insulator layer 3 coated on an outer periphery of the conductor 2, and has 2.0 GPa or more of bend elastic constant measured according to ASTM D790 of a material forming the insulator layer 3. The insulator layer 3 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the conductor 2, and tight contact force between the conductor 2 and the insulator layer 3 measured according to ISO 6722 is 30 N or more.</p> |
