<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which can be neatly applied to the skin without escaping from fingertips even if applied with the fingertips, has quick skin fitness, and does not leave unapplied parts or cause uneven spreading.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic contains the following components: (A) 0.1 to 20 mass% of a vinyl polymer which includes a carbosiloxane dendrimer structure at the side chain; (B) 0.01 to 10 mass% of cross-linked type organopolysiloxane; and (C) a tabular powder with an average particle diameter of 1 to 100μm and an aspect ratio of 8 to 120, where mass ratio (A)/(B) of the component (A) and the component (B) is 0.5-200.</p> |
