PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board having excellent performance, and to provide a manufacturing method of the terminal board.SOLUTION: A terminal board 1 includes a housing 2 having a resin mold part 21, a tabular bus bar 3 and a seal part 4. The bus bar 3 integrally includes a buried part 32 buried in the resin mold part 21 and a connection part 31 projected from an aperture end 211 of the resin mold part 21 to the external. The seal part 4 is arranged on a part of a gap 5 existing between the buried part 32 and the resin mold part 21 to seal the gap 5. The seal part 4 contains a first rubber component of 100 pts.mass which is composed of only saturated bond and contains halogen atoms and a second rubber component of 3 pts.mass or more which includes unsaturated bond and contains halogen atoms.
