<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that can allow flexibility to a direction of a connected object such as a substrate and connect a male connector to a female connector even from a direction other than a predetermined one direction.SOLUTION: Male/female connectors 10 and 20 are constituted of a plug-type male connector 10 and a socket-type female connector 20 and enable electrical connection by connecting both connectors 10 and 20, where vicinities of contact portions 12b of male-side terminals 12 are opened outward in all directions of 180° ranging from one sides in a transverse direction of male-side housings 11 through either one of upper and lower directions of the male-side housings 11 to the other sides in the transverse direction of the male-side housings 11, and a contact point 22b of a female-side terminal 22 is opened outward in all directions of 180° ranging from one sides in a transverse direction of female-side housings 21 through either one of upper and lower directions of the female-side housings 21 to the other sides in the transverse direction of the female-side housings 21.</p> |
