<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating the agranulocytosis inducible property of a compound.SOLUTION: This invention provides a method of evaluating the agranulocytosis inducible property of a compound, the method comprising a step A of exposing one mammalian cell selected from the group consisting of a neutrophil and a progenitor cell thereof to a mixture comprising a test compound, dimethyl sulfoxide and sodium hypochlorite, a step B of measuring a survival rate of the mammalian cell, and a step C of evaluating the test compound with a reduced survival rate as a compound having an agranulocytosis inducible property.</p> |
