MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COFFEE COMPOSITION FOR AFFECTING WEIGHT LOSS AND COFFEE MANUFACTURED THEREOF

The present invention relates to a coffee preparation method and the coffee thereof. The method is used to extract the coffee with purified water at room temperature to lower the content of caffeine and add the weight-loss ingredients to prepare the coffee containing a weight-loss composition reducing the body fat while maintaining the original flavor and fragrance of the coffee. The method includes the steps of; roasting raw coffee beans and grinding the roasted coffee beans; extracting a coffee concentrate by adding the ground coffee beans in a coffee extraction apparatus and supplying the water at a predetermined temperature; sterilizing the coffee concentrate at a predetermined temperature; and preparing liquid coffee by using the weight-loss composition with the sterilized coffee liquid at a preset mixing ratio.
