A method for preparing flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant polyester, consisting of the following steps: A) uniformly mixing four materials consisting of flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant basic magnesium sulfate whiskers, beta-type silicon nitride whiskers, tetra-needle like zinc oxide whiskers and magnesium salt whiskers; roasting in a vacuum furnace; stirring and dispersing in a sodium hexametaphosphate solution, treating by atmospheric-pressure plasma; filtering through a 200 mesh filter and drying; B) mixing the whiskers obtained from the step A) with flame retardant agents and a silane coupling agent at 75°C, where the flame retardant agents are melamine cyanurate (MCA) and microencapsulated red phosphorus; C) preparing a flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant whiskers ethylene glycol solution using the flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant whiskers obtained in the step B); D) preparing a flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant polyester from the flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant whiskers in a blending or copolyester manner, and preparing a sheath-core flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant polyester thread by means of compound spinning technology, where the surface layer of the thread is the flame-retardant melt droplet-resistant polyester. |
