The present invention relates to an automatic evaluation system for English literacy comprising: a storage portion for storing an English text file and a native speaker reading audio file for an English text; a display portion for displaying the English text file; an audio input portion for receiving a user voice for the English text that the display portion displays, and producing the user reading audio file; a text conversion portion for producing a text file by converting the user reading audio file into a text; a stress·intonation extracting portion for respectively extracting a stress and an intonation from the user reading audio file and the native speaker reading audio file; and a comparison determination portion for calculating a reading pronunciation accuracy based on a rate of a matched word by comparing a text and the English text, calculating a reading stress accuracy based on a rate of a matched stress by comparing stresses respectively extracted from the user reading audio file and the native speaker reading audio file, calculating a reading intonation accuracy based on a matched degree by comparing intonations respectively extracted from the user reading audio file and the native speaker reading audio file, and calculating a reading speed based on the number of words included in the English text and a play time of the user reading audio file. |
