<p>An article holder formed of a main body 2, a fascia (9, Fig 2) which can be secured to the main body and a pair of grippers 7a, 7b which are held between the main body and the fascia. The main body is formed of a box section having upper 3 and lower 6 walls; the upper and lower walls have curved sections 13 which provide a radius of curvature against which the gripper sections can be placed such that when an article is pushed between the grippers, the grippers can bend towards an interior of the box section. The arrangement allows for maintaining resiliency of the grippers while being able to securely hold an article. The article holder can be mounted on a surface such as a wall or the inside of a door of a wardrobe or cupboard if the article holder is to remain out of view. Each of the upper and lower walls has a wall extension 16 which abuts against the inner face of the grippers. The fascia can be press fitted against the main body. The fascia may have an extension arm which abuts against an outer face of the grippers.</p> |
