The present invention relates to a device and a method for analyzing temporal and spatial interference. The temporal and spatial interference analyzing device includes: an evaluation region division unit which divides an evaluation region into grids to evaluate whether an allowable interference level is satisfied to enable a receiver to allow interference; and an interference analysis unit which evaluates the intensity of interference on a spatial basis according to the result of analyzing the intensity of interference for each grid on a temporal basis.
