The present invention provides a metal implant for doubly releasing a drug and a growth factor and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the drug is released at the beginning, and the growth factor is slowly released for a long period of time. The present invention relates to a metal implant capable of a growth factor and a drug, which comprises: a metal support having porosity; a growth factor supported inside the metal support; and a drug coated on the surface of the metal support.
