<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous binder excellent in adhesive properties for a mineral fiber that is a heat resistant laminate material, and is capable of providing a mineral fiber laminate excellent in water resistance and hydrolysis resistance without containing formaldehyde. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous binder for mineral fibers includes: a (co)polymer (A) having at least two of carboxyl group and/or acid anhydride group; a crosslinking agent (B) containing a compound (B1) having at least one hydroxyl group and at least one amino group and/or at least one imino group; and water. The ratio (γ1) of the total mol number of hydroxyl groups, amino groups and imino groups in (B) to the mol number of the carboxyl groups or carboxyl groups derived from acid anhydride groups in (A) is 0.1 or more and less than 0.8, and the ratio (γ2) of total mol number of amino groups and imino groups in (B) to the mol number of the carboxyl groups or carboxyl groups derived from acid anhydride groups in (A) is 0.05-0.4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
