In grilling or roasting an object to be heated, by heating it with steam and, at the same time, by browning the surface thereof by radiant heat from a grill heater, the inside of the object to be heated is cooked through and moist by steam heating and the surface of the object to be heated is lightly browned, thus making it possible to enhance both the texture and physical appearance and accordingly provide good cooking results. |
