<p>The gas turbine compressor has a main portion that is provided with two compressor stages (11,12). A return passage is provided for returning the working fluid from a downstream to an upstream stage. A controller is arranged for opening and closing the return passage for the reduction of compressor pumping in the gas turbine compressor main portion. The controller is provided with a fluid-mechanically actuated processing element such as a control valve (200). An independent claim is included for a method for reduction of compressor pumping in gas turbine compressor.</p> |
