The assembly has an uninterruptible supply device (32) including a switch (50) arranged and controlled to selectively connect an electrical connection circuit (36) or an alternating current supply circuit (38) to a supply port (12) based on a continuous current supply state of an information processing system (14-1) in an electricity consuming installation (10). A management module (30-1) for managing supply to the processing system is designed to transmit an information message (N-OK) on the continuous current supply state of the processing system to a controller (54) of the switch. An independent claim is also included for a method for uninterruptible supplying of alternating current to an electrical supply port of an electricity consuming installation.
