<p>The present invention relates to a fine adjusting apparatus for the diameter of an ejector pin. More specifically, unlike the conventional method of discarding an ejector pin when the manufactured ejector pin has a finely short length by exceeding allowable limits of error, the fine adjusting apparatus can finely extending the length of an ejector pin from 5/1000 to 1/100 in order to save costs through recycling and to finely adjust the diameter of ejector pints with different diameters from one another at once, by inserting an ejector pin into multiple grooves formed at both sides of a tap integrally coupled with a compressing unit of a fine adjusting apparatus with 0.01-0.15 mm smaller than the diameter of the ejector pin and then pressing the ejector pint with the compressing unit. In addition, the fine adjusting apparatus can be practical by replacing only the tap without the need of replacing the diameter fine adjusting apparatus when the groove formed on the tap is worn down due to a long-time use by manufacturing the tap coupled with the compressing unit in a type of being inserted into an accommodating unit formed on the compressing unit, and can be easily used by a worker regardless of the surrounding environment by fixating a base unit thereof by a screw on a lathe or various tables.</p> |
