A communication system particularly for managing voice, video and data services between the station of an operator and the station of a user, the system comprising:
- at least one device (1, 1a, 1b) controlled by the operator to receive telephone calls forwarded by a call routing center (2); and
- at least one unit (3, 3a, 3b) that is controlled by the user and is provided with means for entering and displaying information and generating telephone calls;
the at least one device (1, 1a, 1b) comprising furthermore:
- means for disabling the audio component of a telephone call generated by the at least one unit (3, 3a, 3b) and
- means for establishing with the at least one unit (3, 3a, 3b) a video call, the video call being associated uniquely with the telephone call. |
