<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking device which is hardly causes a trouble in the loading and unloading of the other vehicle in order to charge an EV vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanical parking device of a pallet type includes: pallets (20, 20-1, 20-2) for loading the vehicles; a plurality of parking spaces for storing the pallets; a pallet drive device which horizontally moves each of the pallets independently in the plurality of parking spaces; and charging equipment having a power feeding device 70 for charging a storage battery mounted in the electric vehicle.
