The present invention provides a tire with improved on-ice performance and on-snow performance and a tire forming mold used for manufacturing (forming) the tire. The present invention provides a tire that has a large number of protrusions formed on at least a part of a tread surface and partitioned by recesses extending in a mesh pattern, in which each recess has a recess width of 50µm or less.
