The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition including Loratadine, Ethyl 4-(8-chloro-5,6-dihydro-11H-benzo[5,6]cyclohepta[1,2-b]pyridin-11-ylidene)-1-piperidinecarboxylate, as an active ingredient, a food composition, and a cosmetic composition. The composition of the present invention reduces the generation of NO and PGE2, which are inflammation-related factors, thereby having an excellent anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, even if the composition is treated in a low concentration, the composition has an effect of inhibiting a mucus secretion or a digestive fluid secretion, and even if the same is treated in a high concentration, the composition does not have a cytotoxin, thereby being safely applied to a medicine, food, and a cosmetic material. Accordingly, the composition is expected to be importantly applied as the anti-inflammatory agent.
