<p>The present invention relates to a composition, a kit, and a method for predicting therapeutic response to an anticancer drug for an ovarian cancer patient by detecting an expression level of Lysine-Specific Demethylase 4D (KDM4D). A biomarker of the present invention predicts response of a patient and the degree of risk of resistance to an anticancer drug with respect to an anticancer chemotherapy, thereby being effectively used in selecting a patient with treatment effects of an anticancer drug or determining a therapy for a patient.</p> |
