The first and second barrier layers are stacked on the reflection layer in sequence. The first and second barrier layers are made of different materials. The conductive pad is located on the barrier layer.

at least one reflection layer, wherein the reflection layer comprises a first reflection layer and a second reflection layer, or the reflection layer is formed by a plurality of first and second reflection layers alternately stacked, wherein the first and second reflection layers are made of different metal materials or different alloy materials; a barrier layer comprising a first barrier layer and a second barrier layer, wherein the first and second barrier layers are stacked on the reflection layer in sequence, and the first and second barrier layers are made of different materials; and a conductive pad located on the barrier layer.
