Novelty: pasta enriched with natural components used as substitutes for sauce is disclosed. Features: during the production process, the pasta disclosed herein is enriched with varying dried natural products equivalent to those used for the preparation of sauces (tomatoes, mushrooms, artichokes, peppers, onions, garlic, oranges, parsley, oregano, thyme, rosemary, anise, basil, varying condiments, meat and fish broth and/or products in their natural form (honey, vinegar, eggs, milk). After boiling, the thus-prepared pasta can be consumed with little quantity of oil or butter or yogurt, with no addition of sauce the taste and sensation of which is completely substituted by the aforementioned enrichment products. |
