PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy treatment instrument in which a treatment force can be prevented from being gradually reduced, even if a treatment operation is repeated.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument 10 comprises a probe 3, a sheath unit 4, a movable handle unit 5 and a promotion part 100. The promotion part 100 is disposed in the movable handle unit 5. When the movable handle unit 5 opens and closes to a fixed side for a treatment operation, and the movable handle unit 5 receives a reaction force from a treatment target by the opening and closing operation, the promotion part promotes an elastic deformation of the movable handle unit 5 to the direction receiving the reaction force. |
