Said separator and filter comprises first or outer stage configured for coalescing water from fuel and second or inner stage to separate coalesced water from fluid flow and to remove fine solid particles from fluid flow. Coalescing stage comprises corrugated cylinder of polymer. Said corrugated cylinder crimp sockets and downstream crimp crests and discharge points located thereat.
