PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource management method and a system, capable of improving utilization efficiency of frequency spectrum resources.SOLUTION: A resource management method includes: a step S302 of determining whether resource management information of a communication system changes on the basis of the degree of change of the operation state of the communication system; a step S304 of collecting new resource management information when the method determines that the resource management information changes; and a step S306 of determining a resource allocation policy of the communication system on the basis of the resource management information. The resource management information includes each node state in the communication system, an interference state between links, and information related to a job flow. |
