PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce increase in the number of external components when preventing instability or abnormal oscillation of a stabilized power supply due to increase in the equivalent series resistance of an electrolytic capacitor during low temperature.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit 10 for use in a stabilized power supply circuit 1 capable of supplying an output power supply voltage Vout from an input power supply voltage Vin to a parallel connection of a smoothing capacitor C and a load 3 includes an error amplifier 11 for detecting an error of the output power supply voltage Vout, an output control circuit 12 connected between an input terminal and an output terminal, a phase compensation circuit 14 connected with the error amplifier 11, and a detection control circuit 15 connected with the phase compensation circuit 14. The detection control circuit 15 detects a variation in the temperature of the equivalent series resistance of the smoothing capacitor C or a variation in the resistance due to the variation in the temperature, and performs variable control of the phase compensation circuit 14 according to the detection results. |
