PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, control method, and program for enabling, in a system performing evaluation analysis through document analysis, proper evaluation analysis even for a document for which the evaluation analysis is difficult to be performed only from the document of an evaluation object.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus performs modification analysis of an evaluation document from a document posted to an SNS site 120 providing SNS service to acquire the expression indicating evaluation, and specifies an evaluation object of the evaluation document from the expression and a document displayed on a web page of a link (URL) destination related to the document.
