PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf training device formed of a set of a golf training mat and a stance mat allowing a user to set various inclinations thereto.SOLUTION: A golf training mat 1 includes two rectangular and wire-like lateral legs 4 and 5 for ramp that are fitted to a vertical side and a lateral side of the lower part thereof respectively with hinges 9 so as to be able to independently raise each side. Further, a rubber or silicone ring 7 is prepared and connected to the golf training mat 1 with a thread 8 such that a ball is placed on the inclined training mat.
