The present invention relates to an ice cream containing Crustacea and a preparation method thereof. The present invention includes the steps of: cooking one ingredient selected among crab, show crab, fleshy prawn, red snow crab, kuruma shrimp, shiba shrimp, and Japanese swimming crab at 110-125°C; separating the meat; pulverizing the separated meat; mixing 100 wt% of the pulverized meat with additives containing 20-40 wt% of fruits, 15-30 wt% of milk or soymilk, 5-15 wt% of sugar, 2-6 wt% of cinnamon powder, 2-6 wt% of whipped cream, and 2-6 wt% of honey or syrup; and freezing the mixture in the temperature range of -30 to -45. |
