The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a filler, which manufactures a filler by the following the steps of mixing a polymer binder and zeolite with an ionic exchange resin granule or powder for treating acidic and alkali gas wherein the ionic exchange resin granule or powder is used for treating acidic and alkali gas generated from semiconductors, displays and industrial fields and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of a filler, which manufactures a filler by the following the steps of mixing a polymer binder and zeolite with an ionic exchange resin granule or powder for treating acidic and alkali gas wherein the ionic exchange resin granule or powder for treating acidic and alkali gas can reduce acidic gas like SO_x, NO_x, Hcl, HF, H_2S and alkali ionic gas and heavy metal ions at the same time, and a manufactured filler by the method.
