PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation structure for garments.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a heat insulation structure, in particular for outdoor garments, and a garment comprising such a heat insulation structure. According to an aspect of the invention, a heat insulation structure for a garment is provided. The heat insulation structure comprises a first insulation element, and a second insulation element that comprises a different initial shape from the first insulation element. The first insulation element is connected to the second insulation element and the second insulation element is deformed when wearing the garment by a pressure on an interior side of the heat insulation structure such that a contact area, in which the first insulation element contacts the second insulation element, is increased. |
