PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device which detects the ambient brightness and achieves a target lighting condition quickly.SOLUTION: There is disclosed an illumination device including a main lamp, a sensor unit and a control part. When an ambient illuminance is detected, the control part shortens a control period of the main lamp when a difference in the absolute value between a detection value by an illuminance sensor and a target value stored in the control part is large, and lengthens the control period of the main lamp when the difference in the absolute value is small. |
