The present invention relates to an edible oil composition including micro-sized crushed salt particles scattered in the edible oil, a manufacturing method thereof and a manufacturing method of seasoned laver using the same where the edible oil composition including micro-sized crushed salt particles maintains scattered salts for 30 minutes to 2 hours without being settled and accordingly integrates a process of coating the edible oil into a process of scattering salt in a mass-producing process of season laver, thereby enabling the salt to uniformly coat the surface of laver and storing and transferring the micro-sized crushed salt particle scattered in the edible oil and using the same while preventing caking on the salt particles without using additives like lubricants and surfactants.
