FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: according to a connection method of a tube to plates of a heat exchanger, plates having collars are located on the tube, a working medium is supplied under pressure to the tube, and tube pressure and diameter is increased. Between an angular zone of the collar of each plate and the tube there set is a gap that is larger than a gap between the tube and the end zone of the collar. The collar of each plate is bent with the tube wall towards the peripheral part of the plate; the end zone of the collar is enlarged, upset on the tube till tight contact of the angular zone of the collar to the tube. Tube pressure is continued to be increased till fixation of the specified density of the angular zone of the collar of each plate to the tube, and after that, tube pressure is released. The invention presents three versions of design of a heat exchanger plate by means of the specified method.EFFECT: reducing energy intensity of production of a heat exchanger and improving its efficiency.4 cl, 7 dwg |
