PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable nonwoven fabric to which water permeability is imparted uniformly such that urine, body fluids and the like are absorbed without stagnation.SOLUTION: The permeable nonwoven fabric is obtained by applying a water permeability imparting agent solution to an original nonwoven fabric comprising a polyolefin-based thermoplastic fiber. The temperature of the water permeability imparting agent solution is 12-50°C, the viscosity thereof is 0.5-50 mPa s, and the amount of the water permeability imparting agent solution to be applied to the original nonwoven fabric is 1-65 wt%. The average value and CV value of the water-permeable flow length value at 45° inclination in the MD direction and the CD direction of the permeable nonwoven fabric are 50 mm or smaller and 5.0 or smaller, respectively. The R value of the second-time water permeability durability index is 60% or smaller. The permeable nonwoven fabric is produced as a long nonwoven fabric roll having 600 nm or larger wound diameter. A difference in water permeation performance between the inner and outer layers of the nonwoven fabric roll in the MD direction and the CD direction thereof are within ±5 mm, respectively, as a difference between the average values of the water-permeable flow length value at 45° inclination in the MD direction and the CD direction and within ±20%, respectively, as another difference between the average values of the second-time water permeability durability index. |
