<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery apparatus and an exhaust heat recovery system capable of being exteriorly attached to an exhaust pipe, constructed relatively at low cost, and improving energy conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to an embodiment comprises a heat transfer tube having an outer surface in contact with an outer surface of an exhaust pipe circulating therein exhaust gas. This heat transfer tube circulates therein a heat absorption fluid for collecting heat of the exhaust gas. Heat conductive putty is provided between the outer surface of the heat transfer tube and the outer surface of the exhaust pipe in a state of thermal contact with both of the outer surfaces. A cover is provided outside of the heat transfer tube for covering the heat transfer tube between the outer surface of the exhaust pipe and the cover. The putty is charged in the cover. A heat insulating material covering the heat transfer pipe, the putty, and the cover is provided further outside of these structures.</p> |
