<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion appropriate for a cosmetic or food product, or a defoaming agent, usingγ-cyclodextrin as a surfactant, and having stable organopolysiloxane.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion composition includes (A) organopolysiloxane, (B)γ-cyclodextrin, and (C) water. In the composition, (A) accounts for 20-70 mass%, and the mass ratio of (B)/(C) is 1/50-1/5. The (A) organopolysiloxane may be a defoaming compound including silica.</p> |
