<p>The present invention pertains to the field of medicine and may be used for regulating the level of neuro-psychical activity as well as the working capacity of a person. The device of the present invention includes a resilient air-tight base (1) comprising dimples (2) in which active members (3) are mounted, wherein said members are fitted with needles (4) capable of reciprocating movement. This device also includes fixation members as well as a negative-pressure source. The application surface of the base (1) comprises protrusions (5) which are arranged between the dimples (2), wherein the walls of the dimples (2) are higher than the needles (4) while the distance between the protrusions (5) is selected so that the needles (4) can be brought into contact with the surface to be treated. The edges of the base (1) are further fitted with sealing members.</p> |
