<p>The present invention relates to a functional screen apparatus to develop a shallow depth-indirect water intake reservoir which collects indirect intake raw water, and a developing method for the same. More specifically, the said invention relates to a functional screen apparatus to develop a shallow depth-indirect water intake reservoir and a developing method for the same, wherein intake pipes included in the functional screen apparatus are compactly arranged in parallel; thereby increasing an amount of water collected from a narrow area, and minimizing construction costs. The functional screen apparatus to develop a shallow depth-indirect water intake reservoir comprises: a water intake part (100), a plurality of transfer pipes (200), and a water collection part (300).
