<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a tire using a strong lyocell dip cord and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of a tire and a dip cord, including the steps of: (A) dissolving cellulose in an ionic liquid and manufacturing a cellulose-dissolved solution; (B) extruding and spinning the cellulose-dissolved solution through a spinning nozzle, enabling the same to permeate into air to a coagulation bath and coagulating the same, thereby obtaining multi-filaments; (C) washing, drying the obtained multi-filament and treating the same with an emulsion, thereby winding the same; and (D) turning the wound into twist with use of a twisting machine, leading to a raw cord, weaving the raw cord and immersing the same in a dipping solution wherein the ionic liquid has high solubility for the cellulose and is used as a spinning solution, thereby increasing the yield and efficiency of processes while the manufactured lyocell dip cord by the method has good adhesive, strength and modulus for rubbers, thereby enabling the tire manufactured by using the lyocell dip cord in a carcass ply to have a form stability and a controlling stability.</p> |
