The present invention relate to a touch screen based input processing method and a device thereof, and an operation method for electronic devices. The operation method includes: an operation to determine whether the neighboring environment of the touch screen panel has switched from a first neighboring environment to a second neighboring environment; and an operation to switch reference voltage of the touch screen panel from a first reference voltage to a second reference voltage if switched to the second neighboring environment.
