The present invention relates to a multi-purpose self-generating stick which enables to transfer a voice message, and measure an amount of exercise of a user while self-generating power. According to the present invention, the multi-purpose self-generating stick comprises: a post; a sound generating unit; a self-generating unit; and a control unit, wherein the post is divided into first and second posts connected to be slid with each other and the self-generating unit is installed between the first and second posts, the self generating unit includes a plurality of piezoelectric elements disposed in the first post along the axial direction, includes a striking rod unit for striking and pressing the piezoelectric elements when applying the pressing force to the post while protruding in the second post to be inserted into the first post, includes a restoring spring fitted into the striking rod unit, and repositioning the striking rod unit when the pressing force is released, includes an impact transfer member fitted between the disposed piezoelectric elements, and transferring the striking force of the striking rod unit to the piezoelectric elements, includes a deformable body inserted in the first post and deformed by the piezoelectric elements, and a self-generating sensor for sensing an operation of the self-generating unit in order to allow the amount of exercise of the user to be calculated by the control unit. According to the present invention, the stick has a large amount of power generation, can easily measure the amount of exercise of the user during self-generating, can effectively transfer the voice message, and can generate a sufficient amount of power generation even if the moving distance of the self-generating unit is short, thereby preventing inconvenience caused by vertical movement of the post for self-generating.
